REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fee includes: Friday lunch, Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday Gala Dinner.
We ask that all people staying with you register for the whole conference. Day delegates who wish to stay for the gala dinner are required to register for this.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CARERS DURING THE ADVENTURERS PROGRAM
This year we invite you to bring your own NDIS carers to support your child/young person. Our fun filled program will cater for all and our Adventurers Program coordinator will be supported by volunteers, some disability support workers and your personal carers.
When you register, there will be the following options available:
1. Your chosen NDIS carer will travel and stay with you in this case they need to register as a carer attendee and meals will not be included. You book the required accommodation and seek reimbursement from your NDIS plan manager.
2. Bring your own volunteer carer - they can register as a volunteer and meals will be included. You book and pay for their accommodation.
3. Arrange a local carer to support your child and arrange a service agreement with the provider who will bill your plan manager. Meals and accommodation will not be provided.
4. I don’t have an NDIS plan and require a carer
5. You will be asked to include your membership number. You can locate this by going to the member login on the society webpage: https://www.mpssociety.org.au/login-and-update-your-profile/

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX are accepted). A 1.75% credit card surcharge (for Visa & Mastercard) and 2% credit card surcharge (for AMEX) applies to all credit card payments. You can also arrange payment via electronic funds transfer. No surcharge applies to pay via EFT but payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations received in writing to the Conference Organisers’ 30 days prior to the Conference commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $40 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Organisers.
LIABILITY
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, Mucopolysaccharide & Related Diseases Society Aust. Ltd and Maxim's Travel accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.
DISCLAIMER
The Conference program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING DISCLAIMER
During your attendance at the Conference, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means (“recorded”) by an official representative and this may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Conference Organisers’. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Organisers’ by emailing events@maxims-travel.com.
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
