Special rates have been negotiated with the conference host hotel, the Oaks Plaza Pier. We recommend that you book your accommodation as early as possible in order to take advantage of these discounts.
How to Book
Accommodation must be booked online via the conference registration form to obtain these special rates.
Deadlines
Due to strict hotel release policies, all blocked rooms will be released 30 days prior to the conference. Bookings should be made prior to 24 Janaury 2020 to guarantee the conference rate. Any bookings made after this date will be on a request basis and may incur a higher rate.
Changing/cancelling a booking
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser and not directly with the hotel. Please read the terms and conditions and the cancellation below prior to making a booking. Please book all accommodation when registering online.
Early Arrivals
If you are arriving early and want to guarantee access to your room (prior to 3pm) then you will need to reserve your room for the previous night. Please inform the Conference Organiser should you wish to pre-book the night prior to your arrival to guarantee early access.

Accommodation bookings should be made within your conference registration before Friday 24 January, 2020. Credit card details must be provided when you register to secure your accommodation booking. The hotel will take full pre-payment of your accommodation 30 days prior to check in (29 January 2020). Should you wish to pay your accommodation via EFT, please contact M Events to arrange an invoice.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
