Your accommodation booking and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your hotel booking details according to your submitted booking form.
Liability: In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, CCM Travel accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.
Insurance: Hotel booking payments do not include insurance of any kind. Travellers are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Travel Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Cancellation Policy

Novotel Brisbane South Bank: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations prior to 3 months before check-in do not incur a fee. Cancellations within 90-61 days before check-in will incur a 10% non-refundable fee. Cancellations within 60-31 days before check-in will incur a 25% non-refundable fee. Cancellations within 30 days before check-in will incur a 100% non-refundable fee.
Rydges South Bank Brisbane: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations prior to 30 days before check-in do not incur a fee. Cancellations within 29-14 days before check-in will incur a 1 night non-refundable fee. Cancellations within 13 days before check-in will incur a 100% non-refundable fee.
